Meet your veterinarians! Each doctor on the Moores Mill Animal Hospital team is experienced, knowledgeable and committed to providing your pet with the best care possible. They work diligently with our professional staff members to ensure clear communication with you and the best care for your pet.

GLEN PUCKETT, DVM

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Glen Puckett joined Moores Mill Animal Hospital in the fall of 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in Zoology and attended Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2008. Dr. Puckett and his wife, Heather, have a son, Cooper, and daughter, Lily, as well as four dogs, Lottie, Bonnie, Doc and Betty Mae.

KARYN WARE, DVM

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Karyn Ware is an Opelika native and attended Auburn University. She graduated in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, and graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine with honors in 2009. After graduation, Dr. Ware moved to Flagler Beach, Florida, where she worked as an associate at Flagler Animal Hospital, a 24/7 small animal emergency hospital. She joined MMAH in 2014 and became a partner in 2018. Dr. Ware and her husband Chris have three children, Charlie, Emma Kate, and Evelyn, and three dogs, Fred, Penny, and Skittles.

TOMMY POOLE, MS, DVM

Owner/Veterinarian

Dr. Tommy Poole grew up in Kennesaw, Georgia, and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Finance from Auburn University. After graduation, he worked for Deloitte and Touche in Atlanta for two years before returning to Auburn to pursue veterinary medicine. While in vet school, he worked at Moores Mill Animal Hospital as a volunteer, kennel tech, and vet assistant. Dr. Poole earned his DVM from Auburn University in 2016, and joined Moores Mill Animal Hospital as a veterinarian soon after. He and his wife have a son, Tuck, daughter, Vivi Mae, and dog, Miller.

HANNA LAMB, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Hanna Lamb received her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in 2010 before going on to obtain her DVM from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She was born and raised in Memphis, TN where she always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Now, Dr. Lamb calls Auburn home! Dr. Lamb and her husband (Jake) have two kids, Addison and Fitz, two dogs, Sprocket and Makenzie, and one cat, Pogue. Her hobbies include traveling to Disney, running half marathons, reading, and of course, watching as much Auburn football as possible. War Eagle!

HILLARY ADKISON, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Hillary Adkison joined Moores Mill Animal Hospital in August of 2021 and is grateful to be a part of this wonderful team! She is a Kentucky native and proud graduate of Murray State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Agriculture. Following Murray State, she attended veterinary school at Auburn University, graduating in 2018. War Eagle! After working for 3 years at a small animal general practice in Georgia, she is thrilled to be back in Auburn. When she is not at work, Dr. Adkison enjoys baking/cooking, reading, playing her violin, and going camping/hiking as often as possible. She and her husband, David, have two dogs named Banjo and Foxie, and one cat named Boomerang.

LYDIA LARSON, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Lydia Larson joined Moores Mill Animal Hospital in 2023 after graduation from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. She previously worked at MMAH as a veterinary technician and is so excited to be back! Born and raised on a farm in rural Kentucky, Dr. Larson obtained her undergraduate degree at Centre College in Danville, KY in 2018. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and playing the piano. She lives with her husband Jake, their hilarious orange cat Morris, and crazy cat Basil.

RALPH HENDERSON, MS, DVM, ACVS

Veterinarian

Dr. Henderson graduated with his DVM and MS from the University of Missouri in 1972 and taught veterinary surgery for 41 years at Auburn University. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons and a Founding Fellow of Surgical Oncology. Dr. Henderson is boarded in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Clinical Oncology. Additionally, he has been awarded an Emeritus Professor status upon retirement. He is regularly scheduled to assist our doctors in surgery and serves a few other clinics as a consultant to assist with problem cases. His words to us, “I am thankful for you, my colleagues at MMAH, who have given me the opportunity to continue to practice and tell you Bible stories. You are just like the Good Samaritan.” Fun Fact: In the 1980/90s, he was part of the team that taught physicians Advanced Trauma Life Support, and minimally invasive surgery.

KELLY CAMPBELL, DVM

Veterinarian

Dr. Kelly Campbell joined Moores Mill Animal Hospital as an associate veterinarian in November 2025. She completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University in 2019 and proceeded to obtain her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University in 2024. Post graduation she worked in southwest Georgia as a general practice and emergency relief veterinarian. Dr. Campbell loves general practice and the opportunity to form relationships with owners and their pets. She also loves urgent care cases and is excited to provide both services in a place that is familiar to owners and their pets. When Dr. Campbell left Auburn, she knew she wanted to come back at some point, but only if she had the opportunity to work at MMAH; we are thankful to have her! Auburn is one of her happiest and most favorite places in the world and she is thrilled to return to the community and be an integral part of our clinic. Outside of work, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with her doggos, Paisley and Bean.

MICHELLE W., CVPM

Financial Manager | With MMAH since 2012

Michelle started with MMAH in 2012 serving as kennel technician, veterinary assistant, and receptionist. During her tenure at MMAH, she graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concurrent Management major and minor in Human Resources. Michelle also earned her Certification in Veterinary Practice Management. She and her husband, Harrison, have two children and two fur babies. Her family enjoys spending time outside with horses, bikes, and each other! Michelle’s favorite part of working at MMAH is working for the clinic owners for their integrity and veterinary care.

BREANNA H.

HR Manager | With MMAH since 2022

Breanna has been a staff member with MMAH since 2022. Breanna lives every day to its fullest and, to her, living fully is being around animals. When she is not around our patients here at the clinic, she is around her menagerie at home! Breanna has 5 dogs and 2 cats. Her favorite part about working for MMAH is that it is such a fun environment where she gets to help animals and people. Breanna’s favorite animal is the dog, but specifically the Pit Bull!

KELEIGH S.

Inventory Manager | With MMAH since 2021

Keleigh (pronounced “Kelly”) has been with Moores Mill Animal Hospital since July of 2021. She started out in the reception department and gradually moved into the role of Inventory and IT Manager. Keleigh has a Bachelors and Masters from Kansas State University, both with emphasis in Animal Science. Her life is comprised solely of veterinary medicine, as all of her friends work in vet med, and her husband is a Veterinary Radiologist. Keleigh currently works remotely from Virginia. She has 2 schnauzers, Hamilton and Daisy, as well as two senior cats, Tyrion and Nymeria.

MORGAN J.

Lead Veterinary Assistant- Surgery | With MMAH since 2019

Morgan has been with MMAH staff since 2019 and her favorite part of the job is phlebotomy! She is so gentle when obtaining bloodwork from our patients but is also efficient so that there is minimal stress. Morgan has a Labrador Retriever named Barron. While Barron and Hank kept her busy enough, Morgan was blessed with a bundle of joy named Sawyer in 2024. Morgan feels that her greatest accomplishment is becoming more confident in herself and her abilities at work.

TINA F.

Veterinary Assistant | With MMAH since 2010

Tina has worked for Moores Mill Animal Hospital since 2010 and is one of our longest-standing staff members! Her expertise, positive attitude, and silly sense of humor is what clients and staff love best about her. The aspects of her job that Tina most appreciates is caring for animals and watching them grow. She also loves creating and maintaining relationships with patients and their families. Tina has two dogs, Jack and Sully, two cats, four awesome kids, and an amazing husband. Tina has a full house, so she is used to the craziness of a veterinary clinic!

COLLEEN R.

Veterinary Assistant | With MMAH since 2020

Colleen has worked for Moores Mill Animal Hospital since 2020 and can mostly be found assisting with surgeries. While her favorite animal is the dog, her favorite part of the veterinary field is working with all the different animal species. She has two dogs, Mambo and Roux, and three sons. Her sons mean the world to her and thus she considers being their mom one of her greatest life accomplishments.

KOREINA V.

Kennel Assistant | With MMAH since 2019

Koreina has been with Moores Mill Animal Hospital since 2019 as a receptionist and kennel technician! Her favorite part of the job is getting to see our patients recover from their ailments and go home to their families. Koreina has a full household with 7 dogs (Ammo, Buck, Gunner, Oaklynn, Paisleigh Rae, Rebel, and Solo) and 1 cat (Koda Bear).

DOTT D.

Receptionist | With MMAH since 2021

Dott has been with Moores Mill Animal Hospital since 2021 and provides extensive administration experience to our front desk. Her favorite part of working at MMAH is being part of such an amazing team. One of our staff’s favorite things about Ms. Dott is that she has a notebook and documents everything new that she learns. Ms. Dott has 2 small-breed dogs that she rescued and 2 beautiful grandcats. The greatest accomplishment in her life is raising her beautiful, caring, and talented daughter (we think she got those traits from her momma)!

MEGHAN O.

CVA & Inventory Aide | With MMAH since 2022

Meghan has worked for MMAH since 2022. After completing her Certified Veterinary Assistant coursework, Meghan began working for MMAH on our treatment floor and rapidly progressed to helping with critical patient care, surgery, and, most recently, being the aide to the Inventory Manager. Meghan’s favorite part about working for MMAH is the fact that she gets to learn something new every day and witnessing all of the different patient personalities that come through our clinic doors. Meghan is proud of her achievements in life, but feels most proud of her perseverance through physical and mental health challenges in order to get to the happy and healthy place she is at today. Meghan has 2 German Shepherd dogs, Nala and Moose, and a horse named Chief. While she loves dogs and horses, she has always been fascinated with Orca whales! A fun fact about Meghan is that she was a competitive Irish dancer for over 15 years!

HAILEY V.

Veterinary Assistant | With MMAH since 2022

Hailey has worked at Moores Mill Animal Hospital since April of 2022. She is determined to learn all she can and has made a lot of progress during her time at the clinic. As proof of that determination: she graduated with associates degree at age 17 while finishing up high school! Hailey loves coming to work because she knows she can go to anyone within the clinic and that they will help support her. She has two boxers named Marley and Goose, and her favorite animal is the turtle!

KIMBER H.

Veterinary Assistant | With MMAH since 2021

Kimber has been a staff member with MMAH since 2021 and loves the fact that she gets to learn while also working with all of our amazing patients. Her greatest accomplishment is receiving a full scholarship for her first two years of college! Kimber has one furbaby, Enzo (red heeler mix). Enzo is a pretty fitting choice since her favorite animal species is the dog!

RILEY M.

Veterinary Assistant | With MMAH since 2022

Riley has been with MMAH since 2022 and has worked in our kennel department and treatment department! Riley’s favorite part about working in veterinary medicine is getting to care for and love on our senior patients; they have his heart. His greatest life achievement is graduating high school with an associates degree and then finishing his undergraduate degree in 2 years! Although his favorite animal is the giraffe, Riley loves his dog, Ursa, and cat, Tooth, with his whole heart!
